Vibratory grinding made easy

The components are fed to a conveyor belt either individually by hand or via a lifting and tilting device. From there they get into a vibratory conveyor through filled with grinding tools, which permanently deburr and clean our workpieces. A special drive ensures continuous processing without “dead” zones.

The system is rounded off by an integrated process water treatment system and filtration of the sludge residues in a collecting basin.
