Real Estate Acquisition Plant 5 / Conversion to “Logistics Center”
Due to limited space resources, PWS was looking for suitable storage space at this time. In February 2018 the property was acquired. 357.000 m2 of land and 8.000 m2 of hall space including several outbuildings on the factory premises are the ideal complement to the existing plants.
Comprehensive renovation work initially presented a major challenge. Already at the beginning of April, the “Logistics and Shipping” department was able to move to a sub-area after plant 5. Further construction works are currently in progress and should be completed by the end of 2018.
Another business area on the factory grounds of Plant 5 is the PWS Offroad. Our team develops and realizes individual vehicles conversions on off-road vehicles. For two months, we are also an importer of TRS Motorcycles and offer motorbikes, spare parts and other TRS products. Further information can be found under the following link:
