Due to the renewed insolvency of a rented apparatus construction company, an in-house property was available again. After the handover, the hall was thoroughly renovated. Modern façade cladding, new floor coverings, crane systems, LED lighting and centralized gas supply were some of the key features of the reorganization measures.

As part of a comprehensive new project in the non-automotive sector, the hall was immediately available for us. Two separate welding rooms were equipped with state-of-the-art welding workstations. Hydraulically adjustable tilt and turn tables with a maximum load of 0,75 t, as well as state-of-the-art welding equipment are available. The quality assurance is guaranteed by nondestructive testing and the supervision of experienced welding personnel. Currently, we are welding complex assemblies made of titanium in the multi-layer model. Many years of experience, also with other special materials, are available to us. All welders are demonstrably qualified by means of appropriate test certificates.

A usable area of 1.705 m² is available. Offices, as well as a large meeting room are already being used intensively.

Furthermore, the technology „waterjet cutting“ was introduced. We see the topic of “cutting sheet metal” as a complementary manufacturing process.
