Delivery of 250 to Stamping Machine

First exhibited at the Euroblech Hannover, the new punching machine was delivered to PWS at the end of October. The press has a nominal force of 2.500 KN and a continuously variable frequency drive. The table dimensions of 2.000 x 1.000mm are designed for a variety of smaller forming tools.

The new system solution from EBU is equipped with a 5 to unwinding reel and a belt system in a long design with integrated belt straightening machine. Flatness errors and transverse bulges are thus reduced to a minimum. An electronic roller feed provides the opportunity to change the crowd length during automatic operation.

Through continuous investment, we are able to keep our production processes running efficiently. The result is longer tool life and precise components.
